Noah Ramos joined Alpine Macro in the spring of 2024 and serves as the firm’s Chief Innovation Strategist. Prior to joining the Alpine team, he spent five years at 13D Research & Strategy, where he helped develop the firm’s innovation research and contributed weekly to 13D’s flagship publication “What I Learned This Week”. At Alpine Macro, Noah’s research adds a technology lens to the firm’s flagship macro coverage, bridging innovation and traditional macro analysis. His coverage includes AI, automation, the Internet of Things, quantum science, biotechnology, and defense. He also tracks the key bottlenecks set to impact global technological diffusion and what those constraints mean for markets. Noah earned a B.S. in Entrepreneurship with a concentration in Finance from Babson College, where he graduated with cum laude honors.
